data-start=\"872\" data-end=\"1123\">Institu\u00edda e reorganizada pela <a href=\"https:\/\/sapl.meridiano.sp.leg.br\/norma\/2027\"><strong data-start=\"903\" data-end=\"945\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 3, de 03 de mar\u00e7o de 2026<\/strong><\/a>, a Ouvidoria \u00e9 um \u00f3rg\u00e3o administrativo permanente vinculado \u00e0 Presid\u00eancia da Mesa Diretora, respons\u00e1vel por promover o di\u00e1logo entre a sociedade e o Poder Legislativo Municipal.<\/p><p data-start=\"1125\" data-end=\"1157\">A Ouvidoria tem como finalidade:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1159\" data-end=\"1396\"><li data-section-id=\"6n7mb5\" data-start=\"1159\" data-end=\"1240\"><p data-start=\"1161\" data-end=\"1240\">receber e tratar manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es dos usu\u00e1rios dos servi\u00e7os p\u00fablicos legislativos;<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"1jbzqtw\" data-start=\"1241\" data-end=\"1282\"><p data-start=\"1243\" data-end=\"1282\">garantir o acesso \u00e0 informa\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica;<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"152jrgr\" data-start=\"1283\" data-end=\"1317\"><p data-start=\"1285\" data-end=\"1317\">estimular a participa\u00e7\u00e3o social;<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"frnnru\" data-start=\"1318\" data-end=\"1396\"><p data-start=\"1320\" data-end=\"1396\">contribuir para o aprimoramento dos servi\u00e7os legislativos e administrativos.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1398\" data-end=\"1625\">Seu funcionamento observa os princ\u00edpios estabelecidos na <strong data-start=\"1455\" data-end=\"1514\">Lei Federal n\u00ba 12.527\/2011 (Lei de Acesso \u00e0 Informa\u00e7\u00e3o)<\/strong> e na <strong data-start=\"1520\" data-end=\"1624\">Lei Federal n\u00ba 13.460\/2017 (Lei de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o e Defesa dos Direitos dos Usu\u00e1rios de Servi\u00e7os P\u00fablicos)<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"1627\" data-end=\"1775\">Por meio da Ouvidoria, qualquer cidad\u00e3o pode encaminhar manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es,
